Rachael is an economist with over 15 years' experience specialising in land use and transport economics, strategic planning, and economic evaluations. Prior to joining Hadron Group, Rachael held roles at BIS Oxford Economics, Urbis, HillPDA, NSW Land and Housing Corporation and Auckland Council. 

Rachael has diverse experience in informing and conducting economic and financial evaluations for private and public sector clients and provides subject matter expertise in the quantification of conventional economic benefits, wider economic benefits, and related issues such as value capture and land use planning changes.
