Bradfield City Centre
Business cases
We played a key role in the development of six business cases for the Bradfield City Centre. Our role included procuring and securing internal and external resources, establishing and managing governance arrangements, developing a team rhythm to ensure successful delivery, and managing and reviewing business case inputs and outputs.
